Return Process

Send us an email or message with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

If you paid cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, or another agreed method.
