These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of dripplytools.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Orders & Payments

   • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

   • Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

   • Payment must be completed before order processing. We accept [list payment methods: e.g. credit cards, bank transfer, mobile payment]

3. Order Cancellation & Changes

   • You may cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

   • After shipment, you must follow our returns policy (if applicable).

4. Product Use & Warranty

   • Our products are intended for normal coffee-tool use. Misuse or neglect voids warranty.

   • We warrant defects in materials or workmanship for [specify period, e.g. 6 months] from delivery, under normal use.

   • Warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, improper care, modifications, or wear & tear.

5. Returns & Refunds

   • If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos.

   • Eligible returns (in original packaging, unused) must be shipped back at buyer’s cost unless we determine otherwise.

   • Once received and inspected, we will issue refund or replacement as appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

   All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on the Site are the property of Dripply or its licensors. You may not use them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

   In no event will Dripply be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

   These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Egypt.

9. Changes to Terms

   We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site with the effective date.
