• We ship via trusted courier services within Egypt.

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/size.

• Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain threshold (e.g. orders over EGP XXXX).

Delivery Time

Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days within Egypt, depending on your location.

Tracking

Once shipped, we provide a tracking number (if available) so you can monitor your package.

International Shipping

If you plan to ship outside Egypt, additional charges, customs duties, and longer delivery times may apply. Please contact us to arrange.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your package arrives damaged, refuse it or notify the courier and contact us immediately with photos.

• For lost or missing packages, we will assist you in filing claims with the courier.

• Replacement or refund decisions will depend on investigation and courier policies.
